Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi All.
I got a new HP 15 series laptop today at 2 PM IST. I had not used the keyboard backlight till now. But, when I switched it on, I noticed that all the keys except the "spacebar" are lit. I saw people asking the same question in 2017 on the forum.
They got an answer stating that HP does not provide backlight for the space key.
Does this answer hold good for 2024 as well?
Thanks for the reply.

Yes.
There has not ever, in my recollection, been a laptop with a backlit spacebar.
Why would someone need backlighting for the largest key on the keyboard?
