HP Spectre X360 13t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got this wonderful laptop new from a web seller through Amazon. Everything seemed to work correctly. Even the keyboard backlight was working pressing the F5 key. I gave the PC to my technician to install some SW and, when it returned to me, the F5 key did not work anymore. I went through many forum suggestions but no luck. Is anybody aware of any bug in the BIOS or new SW version that can solve the problem?

Thanks in advance, Rob

Unfortunately the backlight keyboard is still off all the time. The system reset did not help. Now i'm a little bit confused. I personally saw the backlight on a the first power on ... is it possible that it broke soon after the istallation!?!? Can anyone suggest different actions to try to make it work? tks everyone.
