Product: ZBook 15u G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I thoroughly researched the ZBook before purchasing a 15u G6. One of the features I needed was the keyboard backlight.

However I can't find anything that indicates mine has this feature though it shows up in the specifications list.

How will HP resolve this?

Hi,

The ZBook 15u G6 are configurable at purchase by the customer. Not all ZBook 15u G6 have a backlit keyboard as you can see on page 4 of service manual

If you have a backlit keyboard you should have this symbol on one of the F keys
