Elitebook 2540p
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello there,

I have an Elitebook 2540p with a black keyboard but want to substitute it with a gray one.

As far as I can see there are only black keyboard spare parts online available.

But there are many Elitebook 2570p keyboards for sale, also gray colored.

Is a 2570p keyboard also applicable for a 2540p because both Elitebooks are pretty basically the same lay-out.

Thanks alot in advance!

Check the part numbers. If they are not the same you generally can't interchange.

2570p USA WIndows 8:

For use in the United States 701979-001

2540p USA (pre-Windows 8):

For use in the United States 598790-001

You might check google images using these two numbers but I will be surprised if they interchange.
