Microsoft Windows 11

My Pavillion Game ready laptop is just a year old. The key symbols are all a bright green color. On the spacebar, the surface is wearing and little green dots are appearing. The O key has green smudges of the letter and the others have dark circles on those keys I use the most. I stopped buying Dells because of poor quality and it seems as though HP is just as bad. It's too bad as the computer itself is nice. It just looks terrible. I have the extended warranty but it doesn't cover this. I can't imagine what it will look like another year. I have never experienced such a horrible looking keyboard.

It looks like the "Grinch" has used your notebook ?

Please send good visible pictures of your keyboard.

you can see the green pain coming through in specks and below you see the color bleeding on the spacebar. I still have an old dell laptop whose keyboard looks great.

Hello @Renric

This is a lack of quality

--- >>> HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support

--->>> HP warranty expired -> You have bad cards

Carefully clean the keyboard with a cloth soaked in a mixture of vinegar and water or replace the keyboard.

Do you need more help ?

Spoiler
I cleaned it already. That won't stop specks of color coming through wear on the space bar. Is the keyboard part of the warranty? This is a terrible quality issue which is a real shame since the rest of the laptop is very nice.
