Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
Please run the Keyboard Diagnostic from F2 Diagnostic
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard
Thank you

I see that from the screenshots you have shared that the keyboard test failed with a failure ID. It looks like a hardware issue and I recommend you contact support and check the available service options for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
Cheers!
