Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

CTRL, ALT, & SHIFT keys have stopped working.

 

I have handed over to our engineering department and they have exhausted all options, which include:

- Hardware Diagnostics Keyboard test (keys don’t appear on keyboard)

- Re-imaged the laptop

- Reinstalled drivers

 

Can we arrange for my laptop to be sent for repair asap?
