Before everything thanks for reading

 

My keyboard stopped working suddenly and i have no idea what is wrong

 

on keyboard;

 

G - H - F4 - F7 - Backspace - ESC - And some of the numpad keys dont work

 

, when i press one of them the sound  "turn on/off" led blinks,< if i hold one of them the led keeps on, 

 

tried  methods;

 

HP keyboard problem solutions

 

Reinstall driver

 

Upgrade system to W11

 

please help 😞
