Product: HP ZBook 15 G6 Mobile Workstation

As a data analyst, I've encountered a keyboard malfunction on my device. I attempted to report this issue to HP, but they were unable to assist because the problem occurs randomly and isn't easily traceable. However, I've observed that when working with large datasets, random characters are automatically inputted. All drivers are up to date along with the operating system. Despite this, I'm unsure how to proceed with my unit, especially considering it's still under warranty.
