Product: Spectre x360 Convertible 15-df1033dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I installed Windows 11 a few weeks ago, everything has been fine. Last night hp automatically installed HIDClass - 2.1.16.30156 and now I'm having several issues that weren't happening prior.
- My prt sc button no longer works (the least of my problems)
- I'm having an issue with double key-strokes that I thought was a Filter Keys issue but resetting those settings hasn't helped.
- Certain applications and menus are launching incredibly slowly (i.e. It took 33 seconds for Device Manager to load but the rest of my applications were running fine during that time)
I cannot find any information on this driver update and of course I can't get actual help from hp because I'm out of warranty. Pretty messed up since THEIR automatic driver update caused this problem.
