HP Pavilion x360 Laptop- 14m-dw0023dx

One day, suddenly my laptop stopped working (I shut it down the previous night, but it won't turn on again the next day).

I took it to a local repair shop who lied saying they were authorized HP Repair center. They concluded that the problem could not be fixed by their side and handed me an external keyboard and mouse combo set. Then i took it to another HP Repair center which was authorized. They said that a black part responsible to connect the keyboard and other parts to the main board was missing, and that the company does not provide a new part unless the old one is replaced. Now, my laptop's keyboard, touchpad, fingerprint sensor, orientation sensor, speakers, microphone and camera are not working.

I just need the keyboard and touchpad to get working again. Can anyone please help me regarding this issue?
