Keyboard Not Displaying Character When Initially Pressed

It took me 5 minutes to even type the Subject line of this inquiry because my keyboard requires me to press any given key 2-3 times before actually displaying the intended character. This happened once before and was solved thru HP Support (case [Personal Information Removed]) but I do not have record of the steps we took to remedy this. All drives and Windows 11 are updated.

Hopefully someone can help me solve this issue as my computer is almost unusable because of this.
