Some of the keys are not working anymore I would like to replace it

I need the actual part number for the keyboard so I can order it and also any guides will be helpful

I understand that you are facing any issue with your computer where some of the keys are working, is that right?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Can I please just have the part number so I can order a replacement keybaord?

Thanks for the reply, to get a list of the parts used on your computer, you can always visit our parts store, select your region and enter the product number of your computer. 

There are 6 parts listed with different colors, you can select the one that matches your computer.

Thanks for the reply, the keyboard is part of the tray assembly of your computer. When you are looking at the parts of your computer on the parts store, there are 6 tray assemblies listed. 

You can select the one that matches your computer. If you need assistance in ordering the part, please contact our phone support for assistance.
