Hi! What exact keyboard do I need to get for this laptop?
I can’t track down exact model or contact support as ID and serial number won’t register nor can I find the model written on the bottom (first picture). And on top of that serial numbers on the bottom vs in laptop don’t match…
I was gifted this laptop a while ago. Don’t even remember the year. So I can’t track down the shop or original owner if there was any.

It would be a good idea to use the HP partsurfer web app with a serial number search to verify that the result is the same.
