HP Notebook 240 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Gentlemen, I'm brazilian, and I own a "HP Notebook 240 G4" with brazilian-portuguese keyboard layout (ABNT2 with Ç ) and I need to replace it for a new one due to malfunction on a couple of keys and I need very much to know the keyboard's "Part Number'.  Could anyone please help me?

Thank you very, very much.

First of all I thank very much for the quick answer. So, according to that 'Maintenance & Service Guide' the Part Number of of HP 240 G4 would be '813513-201' ?

You're very welcome!

Yes that'll be the part number.

Either search it through online sellers in your country or HP part store

Please pardon me for asking but, are you sure? It's a HP 240 G4 brazilian-portuguse (ABNT2) keaboard in wich one of the main keys is that "Ç" ok?

Thanks.

For that model, the only Manual available from HP is linked above.

So that should be the part number you need.
