I ran the keyboard keypress test on the HP diagnostic and it failed with the ID 0LHVXD-7NG9AS-XD7WMF-G1MU13. So I'm figuring hardware, the question is do I need to have the keyboard replaced entirely? And if so is there a guide with what keyboard I need or a recommendation for how to send it in to be repaired?

Thank you.

@andrewdandrew

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are getting issues with the keyboard.

Since the keyboard test failed, it clearly shows that its a keyboard issue.

I am sending you a private message. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.

Cheers.

This did not solve my problem and was not the answer I was looking for. Could someone else please respond?
