Since I installed a new motherboard on my HP spectre X360 (13-ap0106tu) the keyboard and mous tracker isn't working in windows 11. Keyboard works fine in BIOS, so this should be a software related issue. Drivers or BIOS updated to latest versions. Actions I did:
- Uninstall keyboard driver in device manager
- Windows recovery
- BIOS recovery

Why have you identified your laptop with two different HP part numbers?
You may have a bad keyboard or you may have inadvertently damaged the system board connection for the touchpad and keyboard.
Did you install a keyboard with the part number matching one in the HP PartSurfer or the Maintenance & Service guide?
Did you perform an HP Cloud recovery?
Have you used the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility to test the touchpad and keyboard?
Connect an external keyboard and then boot up and immediately tap the F2 key to invoke the Diagnostics.
Install the HP UEFI PC Hardware diagnostics utility if you did not reinstall them already.
I see that you installed Windows 11, instead of the compatible Windows 10.
That may be the problem. Install Windows 10 and then upgrade to Windows 11.
I own an x260-13-ap0690nd. It is within the same Spectre 13t-ap series model as yours.
HP did not provide support for Windows 11, only Windows 10. When I last had a problem with mine, I installed Windows 10 with USB Cloud recovery flash drive and then updated to Windows 11. That worked for me. After the update and verifying that everything worked, I saved my C:Windows/System32 folder to an external 32GB Flash drive. That flash drive, which is in my safe, has all of the working drivers for my Spectre 13 laptop that HP no longer provides.

Why have you identified your laptop with two different HP part numbers?-> One PN is mentioned on the outside label and the other inside the system info screen.
Did you install a keyboard with the part number matching one in the HP PartSurfer or the Maintenance & Service guide? -> Keyboard/touchpad where never replace, so they are original.
Did you perform an HP Cloud recovery?-> No
Have you used the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility to test the touchpad and keyboard? -> Yes and both keyboar/touchpad are working fine.
I see that you installed Windows 11, instead of the compatible Windows 10 -> This laptop is running on windows 11 sinds it was available without any issues.
