Hi @chuyanprasenjit,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're experiencing multiple issues with both the keyboard and touchpad on your HP Notebook 15-da0327tu.
Here are a few steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve these problems:
1. Check for Physical Issues
- Clean the Keyboard and Touchpad: Dust and debris can cause keys and the touchpad to malfunction. Use compressed air to clean the keyboard and a microfiber cloth for the touchpad.
- Check for Damage: Inspect the keyboard and touchpad for any visible damage.
2. Update Drivers and BIOS
- Update Keyboard and Touchpad Drivers:
- Go to the HP Support website and enter your laptop's product ID (15-da0327TU).
- Download and install the latest drivers for the keyboard and touchpad.
- Update BIOS:
- Visit the same HP Support website and check for any BIOS updates available for your laptop.
- Follow the instructions to download and install the BIOS update.
3. Check for Software Issues
- Run Windows Update: Ensure your Windows operating system is up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
- Run HP Support Assistant: This tool can help diagnose and fix issues. Download it from the HP Support website if it's not already installed.
4. Run Hardware Diagnostics
- HP Hardware Diagnostics Tool:
- Turn off your laptop.
- Turn it back on and immediately press the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu opens.
- Press F2 to open the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
- Run the tests for the keyboard and touchpad.
5. Check for Malware
- Run a Full System Scan: Use Windows Defender or any reputable antivirus software to check for malware that might be causing these issues.
6. Perform a System Restore
- Restore to a Previous Point:
- Go to Control Panel > System and Security > System.
- Click on System Protection, then System Restore.
- Choose a restore point from before the issues began.
7. Reset Windows
- Reset Your PC:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery.
- Under "Reset this PC," click Get started.
- Follow the instructions to reset your PC. You can choose to keep your files or remove everything.
8. Check On-Screen Keyboard Settings
- Ease of Access Settings:
- Go to Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard.
- Ensure that the on-screen keyboard is set up correctly and not interfering with your physical keyboard.
