My laptop's touchpad and keyboard aren't working properly. I freshly installed windows 10 and also updated my BIOS.
I thought connecting external keyboard and wireless mouse would solve this issue. But it didn't. Whenever I press a key on the keyboard it shows some other letters from unknown language.
It happened even when I use onscreen keyboard. But I noticed that when onscreen keyboard is ON, "Alt" key and sometimes the "Ctrl" keys are at pressed position even though I'm not pressing anything.
Do I need to replace my keyboard and touchpad?
