Hello, my name is Darul. And I got a very unique thing when I used my hp laptop.
My laptop specifications are as follows
2 gb of ram
120gb SSD
AMD A4-3300MX
15 inch screen
The thing that happens is that the keyboard and touchpad won't work. The wlan indicator light What's on the keyboard is still on well
The chronology is when I installed the game call of duty 2. When I played it, Suddenly my player keeps going backwards even though I don't press the 's' button. Then suddenly a pop up appears saying something about the keyboard and controller. I'm not sure what happened, so I pressed yes and stupidly, I use an external keyboard and mouse to play. I noticed that the touchpad and keyboard don't work when I want to open the BIOS. At first I thought, there is no way this is caused by hardware. and a UNIQUE thing happened when I disabled legacy support with external keyboard. Immediately after exiting the BIOS, the keyboard worked!. and I can enter BIOS with laptop keyboard. Is this a bug of insydeH20 BIOS?
