I have logged a complaint in hp Service Center and the keyboard changed 2 times but the problem is same and hp says to use external keyboard for testing purpose so i use external keyboard for 1 week and still using i am faced the same issue which I faced in internal keyboard so again i call hp and told everything so they want to change my motherboard i agreed with and engineer came with motherboard and then replaced and the motherboard is faulty and engineer placed order for new one and after some days the complaint is change to check all things to stating not from old one where engineer left so today again engineer come to check IDR LOGS i dont from IDR LOGS my problem is fixed or not what happen to next please update. If any one knew about that this process.
