At some point with Windows 11 the keyboard backlight stopped working from the function key action button and also in the mobility settings within the control panel there is no option available for the keyboard. Does anybody know how to get this resolved?

Have you tried holding down the Fn key and tapping the backlight key for the keyboard?
I recommend checking to see if your notebook has the latest update for the BIOS.
If not, download and install the latest version.
You can find it in the drivers and software at the link below. Click on the detect my drivers green button in the web document for simplicity's sake.
