HP Recommended

I have an HP envy laptop 17 and whenever I use the arrow keys to scroll too much or I hold the up or down arrow key down, the keyboard becomes disabled and I have to restart the computer to be able to use the keyboard again.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on here?

Holding any of the arrow keys more doesn't turn it back on. We've tried calling HP IT and they didn't know either.

HP Doesn't have a freakin clue what this issue is. I'm on my 3rd brand new replacement HP -17 for this same issue and it still continues to happen. I will NEVER again buy or recommend HP.
