I've recently noticed that my laptop's keyboard has either been inputting incorrect/multiple letters, or just overall not working. Only certain keys aren't working, but it seems like that do work keep on changing. I think this is due to water damage as I spilled some water on it. I've uninstalled drivers, checked the language, and everything else I could do without seeking other help. I think at this point I need to replace the hardware. Anyone know where I can get a replacement keyboard for HP Stream 11?

If you spilled water on it, they keyboard is the least of your issues, as almost certainly, some of that water leaked inside the laptop and could have damaged other components.
The ONLY way to know for sure is to take or send it to an HP Service Center and pay a LOT of money for them to run full diagnostics on it, and after that, to disassemble it to repair or replace any damaged components.
And, if the motherboard is damaged, the cost of repair can easily exceed the cost of replacing the laptop -- because (as far as I know) liquid spill damage is NOT covered under the warranty.
