HP Zbook Studio G5 x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I basically bought a brand new HP Zbook Studio X360 and after using it for a while the keyboard and touchpad didnt respond anymore. I got the toucpad to work by simply restarting the device, however tgis didnt work for the keyboard. Now I cant do anything with the keyboard even though the CAPSLOCK light burns continuously. I sort of want to do that as a last resort... The CAPSLOCK light also keeps burning when the pc is shut off.

Thank you, that worked! Laptop is a week old!! I brag and promote HP products all the time and this is the second laptop out of the box I've gotten and has issues.
