Hi all,
Few years after I bought it, my Spectre X360 started to encount keyboard troubles.
Sometimes, I can hardly, or by repetitly or strongly pushing the keys, use my keyboard.
I finally brought it to a repair store. THe guy there told me it was not really a deal and he was used to it.
My bad: he made an awful job (lost part) but that's another matter.
The second keyboard he changed worked perfectly till few weeks ago.
That made it lasts a year or so only.
Same keys: right arrow, numerals shifted or not same when altered by the alt gr key.
Am I right to think it could be another but keyboard problem?
Thanks for reading me anyway.
(I truly wish I could make my dear laptop last long)

Hi @saxololo
"Am I right to think it could be another but keyboard problem?"
As an owner of an HP Spectre x360 13t-ap0690nd ultrabook, my experience has not been like yours.
The keyboard on my Spectre works just as well as back when I took it out of the box in 2019.
The issue you are having may be a need to adjust the sensitivity, which is setting up repeat keys in Windows 11.
Enter the Control Panel to verify and make changes.
My laptop keyboard's repeat rate is set to 0.3 seconds, which suits my typing speed. You should probably change yours to 0.3 seconds to see if that helps.

I would find that to be unusual.
I suggest using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic UEFI utility. Power on and tap the F2 key.
In the first menu there will be a choice of component tests. Click on it and then run the keyboard test.
Keep us in the loop by posting the result in your next reply to your thread.
I can't say that I understand why yo are having keyboard issues.
Has there, by chance, been tea spilled on the keyboard?
You can also troubleshoot this by temporarily connecting a USB keyboard to see if the same issue happens.
