Help! How can I get a keyboard driver update For a pavilion 15-eh0515sa? My HP Pavilion is only 3y old but there are no software or driver updates available for it on the HP website! Half a dzn keys no longer work when I came back off holiday – they were fine before.
I've run a scan - no problem and I've updated windows with the latest updates stop - still not working.
So now I have a 3y laptop I can't use stop would be grateful for any suggestions!

Hi @ChrisSS3,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that you are having issues with the keyboard.
This could be a hardware issue. Let's test the keyboard hardware.
Test the keyboard
Use HP PC Hardware Diagnostics to complete a functional test of the keyboard and identify any problems with the hardware.
Note: Bluetooth devices are not currently supported.
Download the latest version of HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
In Windows, search for and right-click HP PC Hardware Diagnostics for Windows, and then select Run as administrator.
Click Component Tests > Input Devices > Keyboard Test.
Click Run once to begin the test.
The test ends when you complete the tasks or 3 minutes elapse.
For more information about using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics for Windows, go to HP PCs - Testing for hardware failures.
Click here for the remaining options.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
