Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0100ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavillion 15 15-ec0100ax) - Cntrl and TAB keys are not working. Tried some suggestion I found on Google search. Any idea if anybody has similar keyboard issue with this same kind of laptop and what was the solution to solve this 2 keys non responding issue ?

Well one common way to approach which you may have already tried is to remove the keyboard as a device from device manager and then reboot so the low-level keyboard driver reloads. There is also a keyboard test in UEFI diagnostics which will tell if any of the keys is electrically dead. If so the only repair is a new keyboard which is not as easy or cheap as it sounds like it should be.
