Keyboard is locked

My cat sat on my keyboard and turned off function keys and locked the keyboard.  The keys beep but don’t function.  How do I fix?

Are all keyboard keys unavailable?
It may be that the data cable at the bottom of the keyboard is in poor contact. You can try to remove the keyboard, re-insert the keyboard cable into the motherboard interface, then remove the dust from the keyboard, and then reinstall it.
