I have experienced a problem with the keyboard. After being in a sleep mode, the keyboard is not working at all. I have called the support centre for this problem and they told me to do a hard reset by pressing the power button for 5 seconds and then press the power button + f7 +f8 for 30 seconds as a solution and it does work. However, I keep experiencing the same problem for at least 3 times after that. 

 

Is there any fix solution for this?

What version BIOS do you have???

 

Version: F.10 Rev.A

Fixed in this release: - Fixes an intermittent issue where the keyboard does not function properly after the system resumes from sleep (S3) mode.
