Hai sir ..I have an hp pavilion series laptop for past five years.Actually few days before my keyboard has doesn't work . After that I handed over my machine to the hp authorised service centre.They suggested me to change the whole keyboard pad. it's approximately need $120 for the new keyboard..Then I agree them to change.But they said they don't have any right to return my old keyboard..How it's possible. Can you please suggested me the right solution.They said hp want the old one.
