Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 'W' key cover has popped out of my keyboard. I have tried several times to fit but then again it is popping out.

I had bought my laptop in October,2019. I had taken additional 3 years extended warranty for my laptop i.e, till 2022.

I had reported my complaint to online customer service regarding this issue. They had sent an HP agent to my home to take a look at my keyboard. The agent examined the keyboard and the buttons thoroughly and confirmed that it is keyboard fault and not something like someone has deliberately done this. I wrote my complain in his constumer form and signed. He told that as it is under warranty, keyboard will be replaced free of cost. But, the company regected my concern and charged me Rs 10,000 for replacement. The laptop is under warranty but still company is charging.

So, please someone help me with this.

I'm sorry, but we here are not allowed to intervene in any disputes between customers and HP Support -- but I have contacted the forum MODs and asked that someone from HP contact you to work this issue.  So, expect a PM from one of the MODs.

Good Luck
