Hi, I own a HP ZBook Power G7 Mobile Workstation (product number 453C8ES#ABH). A keyboard key suddenly popped out while I was typing as usual. Here is a picture:
Unfortunately, the key cannot be repositioned. From this picture, it looks like the plastic of the hinge is damaged enough for it not to be hooked:
I still have an active warranty. Will HP ship a replacement keyboard to me? Is it actually possible to replace just the keyboard on this laptop model? Looking at this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jCxeGURxaUw&t=837s&ab_channel=HPSupport) it doesn't seem possible as it is, for instance, for the HP Zbook Fury 15 G8 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flL1kNVY_9k&t=1006s&ab_channel=HPSupport). How should I proceed? Thank you in advance.
UPDATE:
Being the laptop under warranty, HP replaced the top cover free of charge.
