I'm afraid, its a possible Keyboard failure. Please call HP Support to obtain all available repair/replacement options. I've sent you a private message with instructions on how to contact HP Support. Could you please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

caps lock,A, Q,W,Q ,tab and escape not working.after pressing f2 button, all that is there is hard drive diagnosis and memory test. there is no hardware diagnosis in the list. I have also noticed that if I press caps lock + A + S+ volume goes up but the caps lock or A won't work on its own. help me please.

I have tried all the updates/uninstall/reinstall....none of them work. I have resorted to a wireless keyboard and that is a PAIN
HP wants over $200 plus parts to repair...and all the **bleep** updates only make my computer WORSE, Last HP I will ever buy
