Product: Elitebook840 1G
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, 3 days ago I bought an elitebook840.
but today, I was using it and suddenly these 4 keys stopped woking (2,w,s,x), I wasn't using the keyboard aggressivly, nothing even spilled on them. I don't know what to do. I searched online and found someone who said "turn off the laptop and hold the power button for 60 seconds, then open it again" but it did't work.
Also, when the keys stopped working, I restarted the elitebook and they started working for 10 seconds. then stopped working again. Please guys my family would be mad at me and they will think i dropped it or something. I only have a couple of hours before they wakeup and use it.
