Keyboard lag and freeze

Keyboard input lag and/or freeze. Have tried 2 keyboards that work fine on another laptop. Logitech keyboards.

I will do my best to address your query. I believe you have an HP laptop and a logitech keyboard which is not working as expected;

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing Keyboard issues with the HP Laptop.

I have a few recommendations 

• Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
• Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
• Try and check with alternate USB ports on the PC.
