Hp Laptop 15t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since receiving the laptop there has been an extremely loud rattling noise whenever I type in the center of my keyboard.  I am pretty upset because I can not type while in my lectures because it disturbs the people around me.  I just got this laptop about 3 weeks ago.

1. What could be causing this?

2. How could I fix it?

3. Can I get my money back and get a new laptop if it isnt fixable?

Thanks much

@hannah7598,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that there is rattling sound when you type.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Is the sound coming from the system fan?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.
