Hello,

 

I used a HP laptop at my office that has a keyboard I liked a lot and made me more productive (HP ELITEBOOK 830 G8)

Device ID:19F34A22-DB65-4774-8EB1-B7E1371C6CA5

Product ID: 00329-00000-00003-AA465

 

I purchased another 830 G8, but I returned it because the keyboard material had another type of quality, it was matte, more silence and had a muffled sound when typing. I see most of them has this silence keyboard, I didn't find another one with a noisy and glossy keyboard like the one I used at at work.

 

I want to custom order a new laptop 830 G8. My question is if there is any method to be equipped with the same keyboard as the laptop from above. Is there any detail we need to specify when ordering the laptop regarding the keyboard materials?
