Hey everyone, I'm currently trying to revive an old x360 notebook that was given to me by my aunt and it's keyboard and track pad dont work upon booting into windows. I'm not exactly sure what the problem is, but I know that the keyboard DOES work because if I boot into the BIOS then the keyboard works after a few seconds, and if I remember correctly the trackpad does too. I tried rolling back the drivers on both the trackpad and keyboard, but the keyboard cant be rolled back, and it didn't help the trackpad. I'm not sure how to proceed, and I'd greatly appreciate any help that is offered, thanks everyone.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the keyboard and the trackpad are not working on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you perform a test on the keyboard and the trackpad following the steps in the below article to make sure whether it is a hardware or a software issue.

Thanks for the assistance I appreciate it. I'm not sure what I did, but I was about to start working on it via the articles suggestion, when the trackpad and keyboard started working. Not sure what the person before me did to it, but I had reset windows and it must have fixed the issue because it works just fine now. Thanks again. Stay safe!
