Product: HP 14-d010au Notebook PC

My keyboard works well in window, but my keyboard is not working during sign in pin entering and must be restarted to enter the pin, also the keyboard is not working in BIOS, I can enter BIOS setup, but after BIOS setup opened, the keyboard stop working and I can't setting the BIOS menus because of that. Please help me... I really2 need help...
