Keyboard on my notebook is 100% frozen 🙂 Aside from a Micro cloth which I use to remove dust, have not used any other cleaning products, and the computer is always in the same spot.
Have rebooted, removed the battery, removed all external cables, ensured that windows 10 is updated, run the HP support assistant etc etc.
Any idea what could be causing this error? Computer is 5 years old but would expect it to last a lot longer 🙂 (How long do computers last these days)
Thanks,

I reviewed your post and I understand that the keyboard is not working on the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you run a test on the keyboard following the steps in the below article to make sure whether it is a software or a hardware issue.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
