I am having a problem with number 4 and 6 only. 4 is really bad while 6 is just bad. i have to press and hold 4 for a second before the number shows up on screen. its only these two numbers acting this way, the rest are fine. What can i do to fix this huge annoyance?? Any help will be great.

OK so the problem got worse and key 4 is still bad but key 6 has completely stopped working. After watching some you tube videos on how to remove the keys i discovered something interesting and it seems to be the physical keys themselves. The Key when pressed down, does not push the contact far enough to register, i discovered this after removing the key and pressing the rubber plunger under the key . I fixed the issue by make shifting 3 small squares of clear sticky tape and sticking them under the key, then replacing the key. this allows the plunger to be pushed down a little further when a key is pressed. ( like micro millimeters ). My problem is solved. however i feel like this is a quality issue with the keyboard and i am very unhappy about this as this HP OMEN 15 machine cost a lot. The machine is well looked after and the keys have not been abused. so why this is an issue in the first place really upsets me. For anyone thinking of removing the keys be very, very careful, the key mechanisms underneath and very delicate. If you're planning on removing a key to replace it, keep that in mind. try not to remove the little parts under the key.
