Keyboard on Hp 15-da0288ur

Hello,

I have problems with the keyboard on my Hp 15-da0288ur. Some buttons often do not work and sometimes they work. I think I need to change the keyboard. But how to do it correctly and where can I find the original one?

Hi:

It will take a little detective work on your part.

The keyboard is not sold separately but as part of the top cover.

See chapter 3, page 17 and page 77 for how to find the right keyboard.

Page 17 has the top cover colors and whether or not the keyboard is backlit or not.

Then on page 77, it lists the country codes for the keyboards.

For example if you need the keyboard, no backlight, jet black with Russian keys, then you need part # L20387-251.

If you enter your PC's serial number in the search window at the link below, it may give you the top cover/keyboard part number you need.
