Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-es0000 (268U3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hiya. Envy X360's keyboard randomly stops working as I am typing then, after further typing of the same or different keys, starts again.
It is not any particular key.
A reboot does not solve the problem.
The duration of the period the keyboard does not work seems to vary from periods of 5 through to 30 seconds.
I also have a usb wireless keyboard attached which works fine when the integrated keyboard is not working,
There is no processing load on the laptop.
Instinctively I would say it is a hardware problem. Might it be a BIOS issue?
Otherwise I have had no issues with the laptop. It is 2 months old.
Anyone else had this problem?
