Hello, I was hoping somebody, preferably from HP, could explain to me why this laptop has 5 layers of junk, 8 connections, adhesive padding, 6 different sized screws, and two sets of a dozen plastic rivets that need to be scraped off just to get to the keyboard which WILL break after warranty with light use. This is the most ridiculous and frustratingly anti-consumer design I've ever seen. Shame on this company for the waste of time and money that they'll poison the world with just for an extra buck.

What is your Pavilion 15. On many Pavilion 15 machines you have to replace the whole top, the procedure would be much simpler
Regards.
