Hi,
I have an HP Elitebook 8560w SM858UC#ABA laptop. It cames with standard keyboard without backlit.
Is it possible to replace it by one with backlit and get a working backlight?

Yes that model laptop does have that option.

Start on page 20.
You can make sure by removing the keyboard and see if it has the ZIF connector on the system board.
