Hello everyone,

 

Is there a way I can get a replacement keyboard for my laptop as most of the keys are starting to become loose and sometimes come off which is obviously annoying. I'm also kinda shocked as the laptop is not even 2 years old yet.

HP does not supply part for keyboard, you have to buy the whole Top cover. Please use page 69 of the first manual on the following link to work out part # for the color and language to suit your machine

 

      https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-15-bc500-laptop/26122243/manuals

 

and use that part # to order from

 

     http://partsurfer.hp.com/search.aspx

 

If N/A, you can use part # to order online such as Amazon, eBay ...
