hp probook x360 11 g5 ee

After reinstalling Windows 11 Home 22H2 on an HP probook x360 11 g5 ee, the keyboard worked fine afterwards.

Windows 10 was previously installed. The new installation with Win 11 was done without transferring old data.

After an automatic Windows update that included the following driver updates:

HP Inc - SoftwareComonent - 1.39.3231.0
HP Inc - Firmware 1.12.0.0
HP Development Company L.P - Keyboard 11.1.8.1
HP Development Company L.P - SoftwareComponent - 8.10.28.1

I can not use the keyboard from the windows login.

The keyboard can still be used without problems in the BIOS. Thus, it is not a fundamental keyboard problem

In Windows Login, I used the on-screen keyboard to log in.

In the device manager, I see under Keybord that the
HID driver
HID driver
Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft's Natural PS/2 Keyboard for HP Hotkey Support

have a problem and the drivers for the device cannot be loaded.
This of course now explains the problem with the keyboard.
I have tried to update the drivers via the device manager, it reports everything is up to date.
I have also deleted the drivers via the device manager and reinstalled them by rebooting, unfortunately no improvement.

I have run all other open Windows updates. No improvement.
Even the updates mentioned above are not offered to me to uninstall.

I downloaded all the latest drivers from the HP support site (https://support.hp.com/de-de/drivers/selfservice/hp-probook-x360-11-g5-ee-notebook-pc/30734495) and installed them.

Unfortunately, even after rebooting, no improvement.

An externally connected keyboard does not work either.
Only another HID keyboard with yellow exclamation marks is displayed in the device manager.

Does anyone else have an idea where I could get working drivers?
