Hi, my keyboard stopped working. I used a damp cloth to wipe the keyboard down while it was on. I started playing a game and the letter keys were working fine, but then I went to type something using the number keys and they were all bound to different numbers. I restarted my computer I tried entering my pin to get back in but number keys not working. So then I shut it down. Wjen I turned it back on several hours later, only a few keys were working. I shut down the computer for a few days and when I started it again none of them worked. I did a hard reset on computer and this didn’t work. I also uninstalled the keyboard from device manager and restarted and still didn’t work. I am using an external keyboard now.

Hello @acn373
Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... and I would like to help you.
In most cases, the ribbon cable of the keyboard might have come loose slightly. It is no longer 100% seated and leads to such effects. In this case, the keyboard should be removed, the keyboard ribbon cable should be checked and a test should be performed (while the cable is connected to the mainboard) before putting the keyboard back in place.
It happens that the keyboard is defective and has to be replaced. This must be checked in each individual case.
