Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I'm troubleshooting an HP Notebook 15-f272wm. When it boots to Windows or diagnostics, the keyboard will work fine for 30 seconds to a minute and then it will stop responding. I works ok in the BIOS but certain keys don't work. In the keyboard diagnostic it either shows no activity on the keys or one time it had a key constantly repeating. I removed and cleaned the key. I also removed the keyboard and reseated the cable in the ZIF socket. Blew everything out with compressed air. I also tried a hard reset and uninstalling the keyboard drivers in device manager.

Is it time for a replacement keyboard?

Thanks!

I swapped the keyboard out with a known good one and it seemed to fix all the problems.
